Description
This is a Sources Sought/Draft Statement of Work (SOW) to seek potential sources for an anticipated FHWA requirement. This is not an RFP. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources that have the technical capabilities to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to complete all materials test and other requirements of the contract. The Contractor shall perform the test in accordance to the testing protocols provided as attachment to the SOW.
