“The contractor shall furnish, unless otherwise specified, all tools, equipment, labor, and material necessary to accomplish analytical services and environmental sampling supplies in support of Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC). The contractor shall perform Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) surface swipe and air sample analysis. Services shall be accomplished an accredited laboratory that meets all requirements listed in section F of this document. A government representative will be responsible for collection and shipment of samples to the laboratory. Contractor is not responsible for the collection of samples.”
