2010-02-23 DHMRI Research group uses AnalyzerPro for Metabolomics

SpectralWorks Limited (www.spectralworks.com ), a software development company in the UK has recently supplied the David H Murdock Research Institute (www.dhmri.org ) with their AnalyzerPro™ software. Located at the North Carolina Research Campus in Kannapolic, NC, DHMRI uses a high performance computing environment for the analysis of large metabolomics datasets. “The inclusion of this software platform in our metabolomic workflow allows us to rapidly integrate data from our various instrumentation platforms both inside and outside the core” said Amr Ragab, Manager of DHMRI’s Metabolomics Laboratory. AnalyzerPro has already been used for the unbiased detection and identification of metabolites in MS data at the institute. Scott Campbell, Director of SpectralWorks, says “This continues to show the development and adoption of our vendor neutral data processing package as a key tool in the field of metabolomics.”
