Spectrum Sciences and Software Awarded over $375,000 of New Business

Spectrum Sciences & Software Holdings Corp. (OTCBB:SPSC), an emerging leader in homeland security through the provision of full-service, quality solutions in response to complex and diverse government initiatives, announced today over $375,000 worth of new business. These contracts are for various items. They were pushed through, even though the Federal Government is currently operating under Continuing Funding Resolutions until the federal budget is finalized. Under these resolutions, contracting officials are restricted from ordering anything other than absolutely mission essential items. Mr. Dwight Howard, Vice President of Spectrum Sciences stated, “Securing contracts during otherwise lean periods is further verification of how much our growing list of products are needed to satisfy national security requirements.”

Additionally, the company announced that the first article acceptance testing (FAAT) for its B-7 Maintenance Platforms has been attained on the first attempt. Spectrum is now a fully qualified vendor and will enter into “full-production” phase of these platforms. In recent months Spectrum has successfully passed nine (9) FAAT processes. Bill Ham, President of Spectrum Sciences stated, “These highly specialized projects require in-depth testing, verification and strict adherence to required specifications. All of which are core capabilities of our manufacturing division.”
