STARLIMS Announces the Release of STARLIMS Life Sciences Solution V11.3
STARLIMS Life Sciences (LS) Solution v11.3 is built on the latest Technology Platform v12.3. This version of the Technology Platform supports the Code Layering feature which manages customizations completed to the core product in a new layer, making it easier to implement future product upgrades.

Life Sciences Automated Validation Framework and Testing Kit
This release includes the STARLIMS Automated Validation Framework and Testing Kit for use with STARLIMS LS v11.3. The time and resources required to validate a new LIMS, or even implement an upgrade is a barrier for many. With a tool that automates the process of running test scripts, go-lives of new software implementation will be faster and the execution of regression tests for software upgrades will be simplified. In addition, with an automated tool, the likelihood of human error during manual execution of test scripts is significantly reduced.

With the purchase of licenses from SMARTBEAR and the Life Sciences STARLIMS Automated Validation Framework and Testing Kit, the process of validating a LIMS system in house can be automated.
