STARLIMS Technologies Ltd. Announces Public Offering of Its Ordinary Shares in the United States at a Price Per Share of $13.50 with Net Proceeds to the Company of Approximately $25.5 Million

HOLLYWOOD, Fla., May 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — STARLIMS Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: LIMS) today announced the pricing of a public offering of 2,100,000 of its ordinary shares at a price to the public of $13.50 per share. All of such ordinary shares are being sold by STARLIMS. The underwriters have been granted an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional 315,000 ordinary shares from STARLIMS to cover over-allotments, if any. Net proceeds to STARLIMS from the offering are expected to be approximately $25.5 million.


Oppenheimer & Co. is acting as Sole Bookrunning Manager of the offering and JMP Securities LLC is acting as co-lead manager of the offering.
