The updates include the release of Sunquest Collection Manager™ v4.1, which provides new workflow efficiencies and performance enhancements, an educational tutorial program for Transfusion Manager™ v1.0, and a new release of Sunquest Commercial Lab™ software, making it easier for clients to migrate from earlier versions.

The newly unveiled Sunquest Collection Manager v4.1 provides key workflow efficiencies for care providers and performance enhancements, while continuing to ensure positive patient identification when collecting specimens. The new version shortens specimen collection time by reducing the number of button clicks compared to earlier versions, adds audio and LED notification alerts, and supports smart label printing.
For Transfusion Manager, Sunquest has released a new curriculum that provides self-paced courses to train users who perform transfusion tasks. Modules include administrative tasks, bedside transfusion tasks, and processing transfusion data.
The Sunquest Commercial Lab update will make migration to the next release of the software simple and efficient, and includes a number of key software additions.
