Service Delivery Manager (Laboratory Execution System)
Seeking LES Service Delivery Manager with 10+ years of experience for a large QC Paperless Program which:
- Is to be delivered for one of the world’s largest global research-based and science led healthcare company

- Provides the opportunity to work on the latest LabWare LIMS modules
- Provides training related to Data Configuration specifics and Method Execution module
Summary of the key responsibilities, Skills:
- Will be the key point of contact between the Customer and LES Data Configuration team
- Techno functional knowledge on Method Execution module in LW LIMS with ELN
- Coordinate with teams (Business/ IT/ leadership teams) as per project needs and eliminate any roadblocks
- Drive Project status meetings and effectively manage the project risks
- Highly productive and able to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet timelines
Technical Skills:
- Mandatory:
- LabWare LIMS version 6 or 7 , LabWare ELN
- Desirable: Driving project schedules, Quality
- Good to have:
- Experience in LIMS/LES Implementation
- LW LIMS , ELN certification
- Knowledge on Lab Processes, QC Test Methods
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Good in documentation
- Customer facing skills, keep up the team cohesiveness
