Tecan Demonstrates Their Latest Robotic Solutions at Lab Automation 2005
Tecan, a leader in the Life Sciences supply industry, today introduced several new lab automation products at Lab Automation 2005, the pre-eminent industry meeting, held at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. Tecan’s interactive trade show booth includes the latest unique robotic solutions. Conference attendees have the opportunity to attend Tecan-sponsored workshops including one co-sponsored with Corning Inc., Life Sciences Division. In addition to the workshops, Tecan representatives have several poster presentations that highlight the company’s innovative instrument technology.

Tecan-hosted interactive luncheon workshops include:
— “Customer Perspectives on Automated Cell Biology,” Co-sponsored by Tecan and Corning Inc., Life Sciences Division. This workshop discussion will include a presentation from a current user of Corning’s Roboflasks, and additional presentation on integration of the Roboflask into Tecan’s Cellerity system.
— “New Freedom EVOware(R) Sample Tracking Module,” a Tecan-sponsored workshop with a hands-on demonstration of an important new tool for tracking manipulations done to individual samples during robotic processes and interfacing automated processes with LIMS systems.
Tecan’s poster presentations during this year’s Lab Automation 2005, provide an additional forum to learn more about Tecan’s latest robotic solutions.

The products are compliance certified from Tecan’s ISO 13485 quality system and QSR compliant manufacturing facility.
