Technical Consultant

Autoscribe Informatics is looking for an enthusiastic – Technical Consultant to join our Technical Services team.

  • Delivery of on-site and off-site consultancy services to customers including software design, project delivery, customer workshops, presentations, data modelling, technical architecture, technical delivery, report writing, training.
  • Implementation and configuration of the Autoscribe developed software, including the use of reporting tools to design the customer specific reports along with extensions to other products as needed.
  • Authoring and maintaining project documentation
  • Analysis of customer’s business and needs in order to:
  • Understand and adequately document functional requirements
  • Obtain customer agreement
  • Secure customer sign-off on requirements and project closeout documentation
  • Provision of training courses and seminars on an as needed basis.
  • Assistance with testing of Autoscribe developed software as needed.
  • Attendance at technical seminars, exhibitions and user meetings as required.
  • Visits to companies within the United States and Canada for the purposes of training.
  • Support for Autoscribe customers via email, telephone and site visits within the United States and Canada where necessary.
  • Provision of technical support to the sales effort both domestically and overseas on an as-needed basis.
  • Other related tasks on an as needed basis.
  • Travel 25%
