Thermo Provides Local Informatics Services in China
As part of Thermo Electron Corporation’s new 4,000 square-meter customer service and laboratory demonstration center in Shanghai, Thermo announces its first local customer support helpdesk for its informatics offerings and introduces distributors in the APAC region.
“Thermo’s commitment to China is growing, and we have responded with local representatives for sales, service, support and marketing of our informatics products,” said Dave Champagne, vice president and general manager of Thermo’s Informatics business. “We are determined to provide direct access for our customers throughout China and Asia. With offices in the demonstration lab, we are better able to serve our customers with training and customer support.”

These solutions include Thermo’s flagship enterprise solution, SampleManager LIMS for process industries; the industry-leading Watson LIMS for pharmaceutical bioanalysis; Galileo LIMS for high throughput in vitro ADME experiments; Nautilus LIMS for discovery and R&D, particularly in biotechnology; the new Darwin LIMS for pharmaceutical QA/QC; Atlas CDS, an enterprise chromatography data system; as well as the Enterprise Pharmacology (EP) Series an Kinetica analytical database tools for PKPD, and GRAMS spectroscopy analysis software.
