Viewics to Provide Analytics Platform for Diagnostic Laboratory Services
SUNNYVALE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Diagnostic Laboratory Services, Inc. (DLS), the largest locally owned clinical testing laboratory in Hawaii, today announced an agreement with Viewics, Inc., a provider of healthcare analytics solutions. The Viewics analytics platform, Viewics Health Insighter (VHI), will aggregate data from DLS’ clinical and microbiology laboratory information systems (LIS), as well as its XIFIN billing system, providing real-time information and insights across clinical, operational, and financial areas of the organization.

As a key provider of healthcare and laboratory services in Hawaii, DLS provides critical population health statistics and public health information to the Hawaii Department of Health. The Viewics platform will streamline the process for DLS, significantly cutting down on IT time and resources required to generate reports and analyses, such as clinical antibiograms, diabetes data, and toxicology reports.
