“This presentation will provide an overview of the political landscape in Washington, DC, in the 118th Congress, along with updates on federal legislation to support the laboratory workforce, reimbursement for laboratory services, and a risk-based framework for regulating clinical laboratory testing. The presentation will also cover proposed and future anticipated proposals to change CLIA workforce regulations.
