“In this webinar, we will provide advanced concepts of the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) Pathogen Detection system which integrates sequence and associated metadata for foodborne and other pathogen surveillance activities.

This session will provide an introduction to functions to tools used to analyze sequence data, and a description of the Pathogen Detection Pipeline process. Additionally, there will be a demonstration of tools for characterizing pathogens using AMR FinderPlus and MicroBIGG-E, and how to use Pathogen Detection for surveillance activities.”
