NEW YORK (News) — Integrated Genomics will apply its ERGO software with Tsunamic Technologies’ computing services to develop Linux clusters for “large-scale, high throughput genome annotation and comparative genomics” projects, the companies said yesterday.
IG’s ERGO software is designed for gene visualization, gene expression data analysis, phylogeny, and identifying natural gene fusions, among other things, IG said. …
