Description
This solicitation is 8(a) competitive. Contractor will be required to perform occupational and environmental health sampling throughout Fort Bliss, Tx. This includes sampling such as lead and asbestos wipe samples. Soil analysis for hydrocarbon or PCB contamination. Lab services to include determining presence of hazardous building materials, microbiological contaminants, inorganic contaminants, lead and copper in water systems. Air monitoring for asbestos and lead. Monitor contracted activities t o ensure that all work involving lead-based paint and asbestos-containing material are being performed in accordance with the contract, specs and applicable codes. Services will span over a one year base period plus four (4) option years. All responsible 8(a) sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
