Brief Description
- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing Request For Proposal (RFP) 0034338 to establish a national x-ray spectral archival utility. The required services shall include the planning, organization, development and maintenance of a relational database containing x-ray spectra, images, and text fields to be used by forensic laboratories that utilize scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (SEM-EDS) and x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF).
