The purpose of this project will be to assist the City of Philadelphia Water Department, Bureau of Laboratory Services (“BLS”) in replacing its 14-year-old laboratory information management system (“LIMS”). BLS is a modern environmental lab, with the responsibility to produce accurate and defensible analytical results which support fulfillment of the City’s regulatory obligations. As such, a modern Laboratory Information Management System is a necessity.
