Rosetta Biosoftware Integrates Affymetrix GeneChip Operating Software with the Rosetta Resolver System Version 5.0
Rosetta Biosoftware today announced the integration of the Affymetrix GeneChip(R) Operating Software (GCOS) with version 5.0 of the Rosetta Resolver(R) gene expression data analysis system. The integration between the two systems will ease collaboration efforts between scientists, improve productivity in high-throughput gene expression laboratories, and seamlessly allow advanced data interpretation and data mining of results from Affymetrix GeneChip brand microarrays.

Researchers working with GeneChip microarray data can utilize the visualization and statistical analysis features within the Resolver system by directly importing results from the Affymetrix core software into the Resolver application. The interoperability between the two systems allows efficient and scalable data management, and enables Affymetrix users to leverage the robust analytical capabilities of the Resolver system without inconvenient data format conversions.
