As the cannabis testing industry grows more and more, so does the need for laboratories to be able to trust a professional LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) to ensure accurate and speedy results, reports, regulatory compliance and the many other aspects of data management required.

Laboratory testing is important for many aspects of the industry, as it is with most industries, especially similar ones that are already well established like food and beverage, agriculture, pharma and nutraceuticals. Areas of analysis can include soil, seed and fertilizer testing, just like any other state agriculture department-regulated crop, but by far the biggest area of testing is QA/QC, to determine potency, purity, best growth methods, etc. as well as safety (pesticides, residuals, mold/fungus), at various stages and in the end products, for both medicinal and recreational products.
